Kays Kft. is a 100% Hungarian family owned company. We have been working closely with the German Hapego Plastics GmbH (www.hapego.de) since 2014, so we are present in many areas of the German market with our materials. Sustainability, efficient use of resources and environmentally conscious thinking are important to us. We are a member of the Hungarian Plastics Industry Association, the Hungarians on the Market Club, the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Győr-Moson-Sopron County Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Establishment of Kays Kft. Trading in technical plastics.
Starting the regranulation of materials and introducing a corporate governance system.
Purchase of the first twin-screw extruder. Capacity 450 to / year. Introduction of ISO 9001: 2008.
Purchase of three more twin-screw extruders. The production of specialties and colouring starts.
Cooperation with the German company Hapego Plastics. Appearance with our materials on the German market.
Carry out reconstruction work in the production process to increase efficiency. Setting up the Leistritz 60 extruder.
Cooperation with the Slovenian company Kay Polymers.
We have 5 modern, German-made twin-screw extruders. With a capacity of 90-600 kg / h, the total capacity is 4500 to / year. Thanks to gravimetric dosing systems, flexible and versatile implementation of recipes is possible
